The principle of CoolSculpting or Cryolipolysis, relies on controlled cooling

of localized reduction of fat deposits to reshape body contours that we

do not like, because of being overweight or genetics and reshaping them for good.

This was made possible thanks to a group of graduated doctors from Harvard University in Boston Massachusetts.

This group of doctors managed to get this revolutionary method of permanent fat elimination approved by the FDA.

The term Cryolipolysis can be divided into “cryo” that means cold or freeze, “Lipo” that means fat and “Lysis” that means destruction. All this words combined mean that Cryolipolysis is the destruction of fat cells through freezing. Fat cells that are exposed to cold, start a process of natural programmed cell death called “Apoptosis”

Fat cells destroyed through this process, are eliminated progressively through natural body metabolism for the next three months after the first treatment.

Regular exercise and a balanced diet during this process will be of great help to optimize and achieve better results.

1.CoolSculpting is painless. While the machine is suctioning the fat cells, skin will feel really cold, pass this first step, skin will lose sensitivity in that area.

2.After the first treatment some people experiment tingling or itchiness, this usually goes away after 15 or 20 minutes. Other people my develop red patches or hematomas in the treated area due to machine suction. All this is completely normal and will completely disappear after 1 or two weeks. We highly recommend taking Arnica pills three days before treatment until you finish the bottle.
